RSVP POLICY: ***NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IF THERE ARE 3 OR FEWER ARTISTS RSVPd. SO CHECK YOUR INBOX OR THIS CALENDAR THE DAY OF THE EVENT***

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
1. Be sure you park in the parking lot for the Visitor's Center, rather than that of the Old North Bridge (see directions, below)

WHERE TO MEET*: At the posted time, with 15 minute leeway for late-comers. Park in the parking lot and walk toward the gardens and you'll find us.

DIRECTIONS: Just out of Concord Center, take a right when the Colonial Inn is directly in front of you. You'll pass the parking lot for the Old North Bridge but take the next left which will bring you to the Visitor's Center.

THINGS TO BRING WHICH ARE OFTEN FORGOTTEN:
Mosquito repellent, Paper towels, Sweater, water, food, sunblock

IF LOST: If you become lost getting there, call.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: It is up to you to determine if the weather makes painting untenable. Most of the time I will send out an email 24 hours in advance saying whether I will be there. Occasionally I will wait until the morning of the event to check the weather.
