At Phil Foster Park you can paint Peanut Island across the Intercostal; paint the Port of Palm Beach with its huge cruise ships and freighters docked along the edge and across, along the east side of the waters are marinas with all sizes of boats and yachts moored in neat order. If you want to paint people, there are bathing beauties on the beach catching some tanning rays, scuba and snorkel divers taking a dive underwater to see tropical fish in abundance, and fishermen at the base of the causeway. There's also a small playground where children play. If you walk north across the parking lot you will come upon fishing and recreational boats taking out or coming in and if you want a real plein air challenge, paint the high causeway that leads west to the tall, Riviera Beach city buildings across the Intercostal. Yes, Phil Foster Park has many plein air views to paint!!! In the comment section of this paint-out page, place your name in it, if you want an official Plein Air Palm Beach member badge. This will ensure I bring enough badges for those who want one.
