The vegan meditation group is back ! :)
Please join us for a peaceful and relaxing experience !
Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, the meditation group is an easy and enjoyable way to meditate in a beautiful shared energy.
We will have a guided meditation that I (Pauline) will lead, and then some time to share our experiences for those who want to.
Please bring your own cushion to sit comfortably on the floor and BE ON TIME ! Many thanks !
