  due to a schedule conflict this ride is being pulled forward 1 week to Oc
 t 10. Hope you can still join us!\n\nCome join us for a laid back social r
 ide\, in which we hope to see some fall colors while riding a paved path t
 hrough a forest just east of Park Ridge!\n\nAny level rider is welcome\, a
 s we adjust rides to the interests & abilities of participants each time. 
 (And as is typical of social rides\, we will focus on enjoying the day\, n
 ot setting any speed records!) We will ride as one group & not leave anyon
 e behind. We only ask you bring a reliable bike and be capable of a modera
 te riding pace (~10mph) over a moderate distance (7.5 mi+).\n\nFor this ri
 de we will venture a little beyond our usual Park Ridge riding area\, meet
 ing over at Miami Woods. As it is a good spot nearby where we can hop onto
  the North Branch Trail\, which should provide ample opportunities to see 
 some of the beauty of fall. We will ride up or down this trail\, then plan
  to have light refreshments afterwards\, back at our starting point.\n\nBo
 iler-plate info:\n(1) Bring a HELMET please. (2) Carry photo ID & phone fo
 r emergencies. (3) No earbuds/earphones\, portable speakers only at low vo
 lume. (4) Plan ahead & bring anything else you may need like spare tire/pu
 mp\, water bottle\, rain poncho\, sunscreen. (5) It is a day ride but ligh
