Dhammakaya meditation technique is used in our meditation class because of its universality. Our meditation meetups are conducted by Buddhist monks or experienced mentors. They are eager to share their meditation techniques to help you achieve the maximum benefits from this mindful practice. We strive for every session to be inspiring and encouraging for one to meditate. Though many of us are aware that meditation can help with stress, there are still other benefits of meditation such as increasing the energy level, improving sleep, reducing aging, etc. As a way to improve the quality of life and one's well being, meditation should become an addition to one's daily life. 8:30pm End of class (Please feel free to converse with our instructor while enjoying some refreshments after class.) ------------------------ Class fee: Our meditation class is open to all levels of meditators and everyone who would like to try meditation. Although there is no class fee, your donation is welcome and appreciated because it will help support our center to keep this class running. Dress code: Modest, casual, loose-fitting attire (something you feel comfortable in while doing the stretching exercise. For women, we will appreciate if you can avoid wearing low-cut and sleeveless tops, shorts or Above knee skirts.)
Extras: We provide mats, cushions, and chairs. However, please feel free to bring your favorite one.
