Overview

Experience a cozy, family-friendly holiday night: a radio-style stage retelling that sparks hope, warmth, and togetherness for you and your loved ones.

Details

Pensacola Little Theatre will present a stage adaptation of the classic holiday story “It’s a Wonderful Life” December 12-21. We'll take advantage of the half-price tickets available for Thursday, December 18.

The play is an adaptation of Frank Capra's 1946 film that tells the story of George Bailey, a resident of Bedford Falls, whose business and family issues drive him to despair during the holiday season. His life turns around when he meets Clarence, his guardian angel.

PLT re-imagines the story in the form of a 1940 radio broadcast. The PLT website describes the play as "a timeless tale of hope, love, and the impact one life can have -- a charming production that is a festive treat for the whole family."

I will post information on ticket prices and how to purchase them on or about November 26.

Optional dinner at Pensacola Smokehouse at 5:15 (please RSVP separately).
