He does something crazy everyday! We decided to try a pumpkin sweater on him for the Halloween Party. So we got it on Kizzy and put him on the floor - where our "usually outgoing pup" instantly turned into a "stiff board" and fell-over either in total disgust or surrender... we couldn't stop laughing! He's potty trained now, but still does the "Shiba shimmy" or "tail chase" after every outing... so funny! Now that we have 2 Shibas - our house is full of furry fun! They chase each other around and wrestle with their rears in the air and heads on the floor. We laugh so much, our sides hurt!
The Shibas are 7 1/2 months old. Our male's name is "Kizmet" - "Kizzy" or "Kizz" for short (Kismet means - fate, destiny or will of God)., and our black and tan female's name is "Willie" or "Willie Bird".
We found Kizzy through a great breeder named Charlotte at "Castle Shibas" in Springfield, OR. He was available because he has an underbite - which we love! Willie Bird came from a farm in MO.
We've now had our fun Shibas for almost 8 months. We found them just after our beloved and thoughtful 13 yr. old Siberian Husky "Quinn" passed in Sept, 2011. They've brought lots of "good chi" into our home - can't imagine our lives without them!
Was fun to meet everyone at the Lake Oswego meet-up! Looking forward to seeing you at the Howloween party.
