I have many dog clients with difficult issues, and am okay with helping them enjoy their time here.  That's great that she is still active!  I can walk her as long and/or as often as you'd like.  Some prefer to break it up into three 20-30 minute walks, while others prefer a longer hour walk once per day.  I am open to anything.

The cost is $30 per day.  I am in Vancouver, very close to I-5 exit 5 as well as close to I-205.  I am three turns off the exit; very easy to find.  I have clients from Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Beaverton, etc.  I provide excellent care and only take clients through word of mouth. 

Please let me know if you would like to come for a meet and greet.  I would love to meet you and Mari!  :)Shannon

Our little Shiba Mari, is about 15 now, we rescued her 7 years ago with Denise’s help.  She was quite wild, as you can imagine.  Denise helped socialize her, and she’s still not a very social dog.  We take her on daily walks (20 -60” depending on our time) which is the high light of her day.  At 15 she’s still a very active dog.

 

Where are you located and can you give me an idea of the price?

Hi Suzie,

I have a dog sitting business in my home and have been caring for small (ish) breeds for three years now.  I don't believe in kennels because of the stress and anxiety.  I have a large home with a large fenced yard.  I follow their schedule and routine so their is less disruption in their lives while their people are away.  If they sleep with you, they can sleep with me, etc.

I also send daily email updates with photos so you can see your baby while you're away.  They always have a great time while here and we have a lot of fun together.  I really enjoy the shiba breed and would love to care for your little one.  My prices are the same as or lower than kenneling and they get way more personal attention and love.

We’ve been offered a free 2 week trip to Mexico (well we’re paying for the flight) and our usual dog sitter hurt his knees so he can’t want our little darling.  Does anyone know of a dog walker?  House sitter?  Or a person who can kennel a smart and sensitive shiba?  (We’re gone June 17 – 30)
