What book would you recommend for H&WR?

I book I just read and adored was The Orphan Master's Child. It's a book set in North Korea, and it's absolutely fascinating.

What's your favorite book?

It's too tough to pick a favorite book, but the book I most relate to and that has stayed with me the longest is Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris. It's kind of the handbook for the clever gay.

What book do you love but you're afraid to admit it?

I've been reading some young adult that I have loved: The Hunger Games, Will Grayson/Will Grayson, My Most Excellent Year. I am far too old to be reading them probably, but I've really enjoyed them nonetheless.

Hi. Raised by a librarian, I've been a book nerd all of my life. I've been looking for local bibliophiles with whom I can commiserate and chat. This group looks fun; sign me up! I also love to share and receive recommendations.
