Philadelphia Commercial & Investment Real Estate Network

Ori C. Feibush
President
OCF Realty
www.ocfrealty.com

Entrepreneur, small business owner, and real estate developer, Ori C. Feibush did not set out to innovate the real estate brokerage and development business in Philadelphia, it just happened.

Noticing a void in the brokerage market, Feibush left his job as an actuary and opened OCF Realty. He offered property management and leasing services and quickly grew the business to include sales and development. Feibush and his office built a strong reputation by refusing to accept “business as usual” as an answer for anything. Always taking the road less traveled, Feibush implemented an array of creative strategies to differentiate his business; including community-centric real estate offices in the Graduate Hospital and Bella Vista neighborhoods, the technically savvy real estate and development blog, NakedPhilly.com, and real estate branded coffee shops in the Fairmount, Rittenhouse, and Point Breeze neighborhoods.
