+1 for the TextWrangler/Dreamweaver combo.

Actually, if you don't feel like laying out some coin for DW, TextWrangler is fine by itself.�� It's an excellent editor with good syntax highlighting (better than DW in that respect, IMHO).�� You can't beat the price, too: FREE!
