Mike drew inspiration from Nicole Forsgren's groundbreaking Accelerate book and from insights from his last talk at PhillyXP. He’ll deliver his presentation titled “The Non-Technical Guide to Technical Excellence” based loosely on Douglas Adams’ book, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

**About the speaker:**
Mike is a Senior Consultant with Industrial Logic. As a mentor and trainer, he teaches various aspects of software development, particularly focusing on technical practices. He has been an Agile Coach since 2003 with many clients such as American Airlines, Xerox, Sterling Commerce, and USAA.
