We will be joining the AZ WineBats (150 in attendance) at Blue Martini to support Bridging AZ Furniture Bank. A Furniture Bank is similar to a Food Bank except Furniture Banks distribute furniture and household items to families in need. Over 100 people are expected for this special event, and your help will truly make a difference for this great cause!

We are looking for outgoing people who could assist at the door to take donations and give out a complimentary drink ticket and offer/sell raffle tickets. (Guests will start arriving by 5:00, so if you could be there by 4:30 pm, that would help out a lot).

We also will need help going through the crowd and selling raffle tickets throughout the evening along with someone monitoring the Raffle Table and assisting those with questions.

Please indicate in your RSVP which task you would like to do:
1. Assisting at the door-Take donations/hand out tickets (2 needed)
2. Selling Raffle Tickets in the crowd (2 needed)

3. Standing at Raffle table, explaining Items and how raffle works. (selling too)! (1 needed)


BTW, if you have any raffle items that you can donate (services, product, gift cards, etc.), please leave me a message. The more items, the more money we can raise. :-)

Our charity partners rely on us to attend when we say we will and our attendance policy is intended to ensure we can meet our charity partners' expectations. Please give as much prior notice as possible, but at a minimum of 2 hours notice for this event before canceling. No Call/No Shows will be recorded, and after 3 No Call No Shows/month or 6 No Call No Shows/year, you will be removed from the Phoenix Philanthropists Meetup. Please understand this policy is not intended to penalize our philanthropists, but to ensure we maintain good relationships with our charity partners and can give the most back to our community.
