If your're looking for the "MAGIC PILL" you just found it in this group of all women, taking their lives in their hands and putting themselves and their health first! If you have struggled to lose weight and don't understand why your "diet" isn't working for you like it used to, this group is for you. If you are over 40 or suffer from hormonal disorders, autoimmune disease or are over weight and just can't seem to lose weight and don't know why, this group is for you. If you need the support of other women like you, this group is for you. If you're about how to take your life and health to another level and have fun in the process, this group is for you and so is keto.

Keto is short for Ketogenic which is a LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) way of eating. If you're familiar with Paleo or Atkins then you already have a pretty good idea of what the Ketogenic Diet entails. The only difference with Keto is that it is higher in tasty good fats and your protein intake is more moderate to ensure you get into a state of fat burning or ketogenisis. This diet has been around for centuries and gained popularity with doctors treating children with epilepsy in the 1920's.

Soon it was discovered that it also helped those with Cancer, Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, PCOS, Type II Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, an array of Auto immune diseases, High BP, etc.. Even better, Keto has this wonderful side effect of significant weight-loss for those who are over weight and have struggled to lose weight with no success. These are benefits we can all work with right?
