Large format printer. Which one should we get?

For the past 5 years we have been using a Canon Imageprograf 8100 42" 12 color printer and it is time to move up to a 60" printer. The company I work for is going to purchase a new large format printer soon and I am looking at the following machines: Canon Imageprograf IPF 9400S 60" printer or the HP Designjet Z6200 60" printer. Both are 8 color printers but the HP is about $6k more than the Canon even with the trade in of our old printer. The work we do is mostly signage, banners and some photos so a 12 color printer is overkill. I would like to hear from anyone that has experience with either product.

If you have had good luck with your Canon product I would stick with that brand. If you decide on the HP make sure you extend the warranty for as long as you can. My HP worked fine for 3 years and then started to cost me so much money to keep it functioning that I gave up and replaced it with another brand.
