How did you hear about PhotoSA?

I met Jim Landers at his business relating to classes and he suggested I meet up and join. He didn't have to mention it twice.

What topic(s) would you like to hear about?

All about lighting; tricks of the trade; portrait posing techniques;

What is your experience level?

I consider myself an amateur. I have taken some photos of co-workers at company Christmas party and picnic; co-workers and their better half or dependents in specific photo sessions; pregnant woman and her husband;

What camera do you use (or what would you like to use)?

I use a Nikon D300s or Nikon D90.

What do you like to photograph?

Portraits and full size pictures wish to display "attitude"; and anyone who will let me photograph them for the experience.

My real name--Myron Thompson, but I go by Mike Thompson. I am an amateur, and perhaps in the future maybe a semi-pro photographer. I'm in private business working with figures all day long. Now I wish to work with human figures in photos.
