Apparently among the things to see before you die, the cherry trees in the Bonner Altstadt are quite famous!
You can see some photos and regular updates on blossom development here http://www.kirschbluete-bonn.de/
Let's see what innovative compositions we can come up with, to capture this famous happening in a different way than usual!
The theme of this meet-up is 'composition'. Here are some tips on improving your photographic composition: https://www.photographymad.com/pages/view/10-top-photography-composition-rules
Think about bringing wide angle lenses, and about taking your pictures from a different point of view.
We will meet at 10.00am around the corner from the Oxford Ring, level with Stadthaus U-bahn stop and opposite the large 'altstadt' sign at the start of Breite Str. Although it might be crowded, this gives opportunities to be creative about how to get interesting shots (without infringing on privacy rights in Germany).
Looking forward to it!
