Are you looking for a new fitness adventure that's accessible, both in terms of cost and in terms of your ability to get through it alive? Then my Pilates classes could be just the game changer you are looking for. My classes are for anyone who wants to improve your fitness, whether your goal is to lose weight, finish a marathon, climb Mt. Everest, or anything in between.

My classes run every Tuesday and Thursday, and can be joined live at Stille Veerkade 25 or online via Zoom.
