Session Schedule: MWF 6 am (Del Bello Park- Redington Shores) M-Fri 6 pm (Seminole City Park) M & W 7:15 pm (Seminole City Park) MWF 9 am (Beginning Oct. 30th- Walter Fuller Park) Sat 9 am (Seminole City Park) Our mission is to help people get the lean healthy body they want so they can enjoy the best quality of life! PPS- Please bring a large towel or mat, weights (5-8 lbs woman & 10-15 lbs men) & water. Don’t have a set of weights for your trial class- no worries, just let us know & we will provide you a set.
