With ownership of over 150 units across Massachusetts, he leads the Worcester team for Candor Realty under Four Points Real Estate Brokerage. He actively advises peers on property acquisitions and management, has been a guest speaker on the BiggerPockets podcast, and organizes real estate networking events in Worcester, MA. Passionate about real estate, Andrew helps others leverage investments to achieve financial freedom.

**Zack Gray** is an ex-military member, entrepreneur, investor focused agent, owner of a successful strength and conditioning facility, and also a full time real estate investor. From food stamps and bankruptcy as a child, to building and managing his own business, Zack has been able to overcome the odds to reach financial independence through real estate by amassing an impressive 350+ in 4.5 years. 

With a college education in Finance, Zack has been able to put his knowledge to work in operating his own business as well as building his real estate portfolio. Zack has experience operating as a GP on a syndication team and specializes in asset management, budgeting renovation scope, project management, tenant relations, and investor relations.

Collaboratively Zack and his business partner Andrew Freed have built a 19 person organization to create a seamless implementation of their business plan. Freedom Management is a fast growing organization and a market leader in revitalizing the local community through strategic multi family acquisition.
