A different chef takes over Bar Marco's kitchen each week for it's No Menu Monday and offers his/ her unique take on food. On July 8th, Chef Mya Zeronis will be cooking delicious and unique vegan dishes in the kitchen at Bar Marco so it will be No Meat Monday.

Nuts About You Burger almond-walnut-black bean-veggie patty, parsnip “bacon”, strawberry ketchup, vegan soy-free jalapeno “cheddar,” gluten-free flax bun, vegetable pickles
Baked Kale Chips hand-picked, hand-cut kale, nutritional yeast, strawberry ketchup
Pan-fried, oven finished tofu bites, smoky herb glaze sweetened with blackstrap molasses, carrot, fennel, warm, unprocessed, soy-free, vegan “cheddar” dip
