This is the 2 p.m. Vegan running training group.
Both the 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. sessions are identical, so please only sign up for a single session. I split them up so that more people can attend. Tracey will be at both sessions.
Are there any other people in the group who would be interested in meeting and sharing running training tips? Not necessarily just about diet, but also general running tips. Training to run a marathon or half marathon is difficult enough, but being unable to eat the food everyone else gets on the course is an added challenge. Runners of all abilities are welcome -- every great journey begins with a single step.
