SPEAKERS:

Ashley Bryant-Baker, MBA, Lead Data Science Analytics | Amtrak

Ashley has used analytics to better understand consumer behavior for over a decade. More recently she’s expanded her skills, learning to apply machine learning and advanced statistics to solve business problems from predicting purchase behavior to customer life-cycle, pricing and operations.

In her career she’s worked with brands and organizations across the world. However, the work she is most proud of is the commitment she has made to advocate for diversity in science, technology, engineering and mathematics with organizations that strive to increase the exposure of minorities, women and other marginalized groups to STEM fields.

HALEY SORENSEN, Director of Data Science | Morning Consult

Haley Sorensen is currently a Director of Data Science at Morning Consult, where she works as part of the product team to explore new methods of analyzing survey and media data to better inform and advise their clients. Before coming to Morning Consult, she worked with political campaigns to use statistical modeling to direct voter targeting.
