Bio:
Web analyst in data-driven startup Brainly. Collaborated with major eCommerce customers from Ukraine, Poland, India and the UK. For the past few years, she has been working with traffic vs. user behavior analytics and customisation of web analytics systems. Conducted seminars about Google Analytics for Google Partners.

Presentation 2: Michał Witkowski

Title: From Base to Zendesk, or what it's like to unexpectedly become a product analytics team in an international corporation

Description:
Working with a variety of stakeholders across business, marketing and IT to provide data, dashboards, and insights to help shape decisions is not only about having the „hard skills”. The data analyst is a bridge between business and IT.
In the presentation, I will share my methods that could be applied to both meetings at which data are discussed and cross-functional team projects. These methods will help others be more involved in projects and create positive vibes at work.

Bio:
Psychologist, big data analyst, analytics consultant. Currently working as a product analytics manager at Zendesk in Krakow, and a lecturer at UX & Product Design post-graduate program at AGH. Passionate about cooking, scientific method, and computer games.
