Joint Freeing (Pawanmuktasana) Yoga is a gentle Yoga practice which focuses on lubricating the joints of the body. Created by Mukunda Stiles, director of the Yoga Therapy Center in Boulder, Colorado.
The series consists of simple, asana-based exercises, which work their way up through all the joints of the body from the feet to the head. The series is designed to move each joint gently and systematically through its full and natural range of motion to enhance joint mobility and relieve joint pain and stiffness.
