Natural Kitchen Cooking School is featuring chefs Donna Eldridge and Gil Cohen, of DG Vegan & Raw, both raw foods instructors, teachers & chefs certified through Alissa Cohen. We are spreading the word about vegan & raw food vibrant living to show you that it is possible to lose weight, look and feel younger and healthier. It's a real life-changer! During our workshops youʼll learn & experience the following:


* The nutritional value of eating enzyme rich raw foods, sprouts, wheat grass, juicing,
nut milks, and Super Cleanse ideas.
* How to set up your raw food kitchen & using raw food equipment such as Vita-mixes,
food processors, and dehydrators
* Where to get and how to store fresh raw food ingredients.
* Class handouts are given for all recipes
* Generous tastings of all recipes

    Hi, I have been eating mostly raw organic foods and feel and look better. I've lost 30 pounds as well. I'd now like to learn some recipes to change things up once in a while. How many different dishes will we be learning?

    I am extremely interested in how raw foods can enhance ones quality of life; in term of weight loss; which is a huge issue for me personally. In addition, I would also love to learn how certain foods can positively contribute to our overall wellbeing. I am also excited to know that after I achieve my goals, I know this certification will allow me to share my stories with others, and will also have the opportunity to teach others how they can achieve the same goals for his or herself. I am very excited to be attending.
