Vegan Dinner @ Lotus Moon

Let's meet again for dinner at an old favorite, Lotus Moon, Boulder's only *100% plant-based* restaurant! The casual atmosphere makes it a great place for conversation. Their Vietnamese and pan-Asian offerings are delicious and reasonably priced: appetizers, desserts, drinks and entrees, ranging from tasty hot phô, other noodle bowls, spring rolls, curries, mango sticky rice and boba teas, including many gluten-free dishes.
