We'll also point out delicious ways to improve your blood sugar. Come with questions, leave with inspiration — and maybe even a few groceries!
We’ll start with a brief 15-minute lesson at the Neighborhood Care site before walking together to the local supermarket for 50 minutes of guided exploration. Please bring your shopping bags if you plan to purchase groceries after the tour ends!
