Retreat Intention

The goal of this retreat is to provide participants with a safe and sacred space to rest, recalibrate, feel supported by community and expand your horizons for how amazing your life can be. Through practices of self-inquiry, mindfulness, and deep connection, we will explore what it means to hold grace for ourselves and others, cultivating a deep sense of inner peace. By the end of the retreat, participants will leave feeling rejuvenated, clear, and have their fire stoked to fully meet the energies of Summer :).

This will be an intensive, yet fun & relaxing retreat weekend where you will move through old patterns and programs to experience and embody your natural essence.

Kundalini Activation Ceremony

This transmission is an offering, overflowing, and concentration of pure, primordial, life force energy. It is a macro dose of Pure Life, which is love. Each day, we are micro dosing Life as she is, and in these ceremonies, we are given the opportunity to sit and be moved by the iridescent electricity of our own existence and the light of life that is in and made and moves all things — the waves of the ocean, the forming of a rainbow, the falling of rain, the birthing of a newborn, the synchronistic unfolding of our path altogether as global family. May we remember why we came and who we truly are — now.

These ceremonies, I have witnessed and experienced and heard from your hearts, have supported to serve a deep embodied remembrance of who we are, our magic as human beings alive here today, a deep shedding and liberation from limits and conditions that hold us from our highest, and a warm homecoming into the felt and lived experience of love. Welcome.

We will be sitting and praying with and into cacao medicine as well, and it is my highest honour to be sharing her on these lands in a beautiful way and altogether. Your high heart’s prayers are so welcome here.

Ceremony Preparation & Integration

Prior to the retreat we have a Connection/Intention Setting Call to get to know each other and why you are choosing this retreat. You will also receive an in-depth plant medicine workbook to help you prepare, questions to ask yourself and a recommended few small dietary changes to support your journey.

We prioritize space so we all can get to know each other before the ceremony to create a trusting, safe & expansive container for the experience. In this way we create our own little community, and the ceremony becomes that much more impactful and enriched.

In addition to the integration circle at the retreat space to support continued breakthroughs, challenges and dream weaving, we will also have a post-retreat group Integration Call to ensure all participants get the most out of the experience, and are supported in their integration process back home.

The Rosseau Sanctuary is located in Muskoka, 2.5 hours north of Toronto, surrounded by pristine forests, organic gardens, and a mystical 90 foot in diameter Chartres Labyrinth. The grounds are enveloped by a crisp clear stream and moss covered forest trails.
You'll feel like you stepped into a dream and wake up to realize this is your life!

The Sanctuary home farm is a rustic log cabin with a fireplace, ceremonial room with large bay windows, open kitchen and dinning room. There are 2 full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower.

On the 2nd floor of the main house are 7 single beds in a very spacious, open concept, dorm style room. Surrounding the main house are private bunkies that you can upgrade to.
