We focus on the whole foods plant-based (WFPB) nutrition approach to health, inspired by T. Colin Campbell, Forks Over Knives, PCRM.. We have lots of fun things to do, including film screenings, seminars, campfires with live music and potlucks. The goal is to share and encourage a plant-based nutrition lifestyle to prevent, reverse, and heal chronic disease. Evidence based nutrition has proved that a whole foods plant-based diet can reverse and heal a plethora of diseases plus you feel so much better eating plant-based food. The group's purpose is to reach out to friends and acquaintances that are not experiencing the energy and vitality that plant-based eaters enjoy and need some help to change their eating habits.
