When we had our class with Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes, Matt mentioned colon hydrotherapy as one of the most important therapies for vitality and longevity. He had no idea that we had Sheila Shea, owner of Intestinal Health Institute, one of the best colon hypnotherapists, sitting in the front row listening and very much agreeing to his testimony.
Sheila has been a strong supporter of Succulent Raw, hosting potlucks since our very early days. I am honored to spotlight Sheila at this upcoming potluck, giving our members a chance to hear WHY she strongly believes in this therapy. You'll also have the casual environment to ask questions and get the answers you've always wanted.
