This Playfight session is an invitation to reclaim your own power as a deep, inner strength that supports, connects, and uplifts you and others.
In our society, "power" is often associated with dominance, struggle, and hierarchy. We come together to redefine it through movement, care, playfulness, consent and presence.
Power & love, strength & kindness, authenticity & empathy - they can all coexist in your body. And yes, we play! We roll, wrestle, and laugh, like kids who never forgot how free it feels to be fully engaged in play.
Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined before, you’re warmly invited to experience that wild aliveness where power, respect and joy meet.

The session includes an introduction, sharing rounds, warm-up games, guided Playfight practice, and a closing circle. No prior experience needed.

👤 About the Facilitator: Hi, I’m Marco - a Playfight facilitator and Lebens- und Sozialberater in training, passionate about emotional empowerment and body-based connection. In my workshops, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand; self-responsibility becomes a pillar for community support; and playing together becomes a meaningful way to discover something new about yourself.
