Laughter aids in the prevention of anxiety disorders and provides a full workout for your muscles, unleashing a rush of stress-busting endorphins. Since our bodies cannot distinguish between real and fake laughter, anything that makes you laugh will have a positive impact. It also helps with improved breathing capacity and a strengthened immune system.
