These are dark chocolate truffles, each made with chocolate from a specific region of the world. This is an interactive exploration of how both wine and chocolate are affected by where the fruit is grown. You’ll be amazed when you smell and taste the difference in both the wine and the chocolate. Taste the flowers of Ecuador and the spices of Madagascar, all in pure chocolate bars
For the wine we will focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir: Compare Chardonnay from California and Burgundy – completely different wines. You’ll find the same true of the Pinot Noir grape. We keep it fun, light but informative.
