About 1 year ago I hosted a cooking class lunch event called Spices 101, taught by Chef Kaumudi Marathe from Un-Curry. The event, at Surfas, was extremely fun and informative with delicious food. Since then I have had the pleasure of trying her food again and am very impressed with her passion for regional Indian food, the quality of the food she cooks and her attention to detail.

The event will take place at Surfas, in the Test Kitchen.
I don't often recommend Indian restaurants, but this experience is sure to please. I hope you will join me.
