Come celebrate what would have been Julia Child's birthday during this month of August with a special 3-course dinner at Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills.
For $55.95, you can choice of the following dishes, inspired by Julia Child's cookbooks, for each of the 3-courses:
STARTERS (Choice of one):
Salade Niçoise - yellow fin tuna, heirloom tomatoes, haricot verts, niçoise olives, and hard-boiled egg with red wine vinaigrette (From "The Way We Cook")
Provençal Soupe - haricot verts, white beans, sweet carrots, leeks, house-made pasta with tomato-basil scented broth (From "Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Volume 1")
ENTREES (Choice of one):
Sole Meunière - seared sole, lemon supremes & parsley salad served with fingerling potatoes (From "Julia's Kitchen Wisdom")
Côtes de Porc aux sauce Nénette - Salmon Creek Farms pork chop with artichokes, tomatoes, young onions & sauce Nénette (From: "Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Volume 1")
DESSERT (Choice of one):
Tarte au Fraises - vanilla orange pâte sucrée with congac infused crème patissière & lime confit (From "Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Volume 1")

The average cost per person is expected to be around $75 to $125, depending on what you order, any beverages, plust tax and 20% gratuity. As such, you should bring at least $150 in CASH in order to settle your portion of the bill, small bills preferred.
Parking is available in the city garage underneath the restaurant. You can enter from either Canon Dr. or Beverly Dr. (Exact addresses are 241 N. Canon Dr. or 242 N. Beverly Dr.). After 2 hours, there will be a charge of $3 for every 30 minutes thereafter. Other options options for parking are either Valet for $8, or metered street parking). We will meet by the bar/lounge area of the restaurant, which is upstairs from Bouchon Bakery.
