Please join me for my first book reading and signing in Portland for my new book:

Babbling On In Babylon: Quest for the Eleven Demand-ments! This is a book of humor and political satire written in poetry. It covers the end of the Bush year, the 2008 election cycle and the Eleven Demand-ments that we the people are petitioning the government. These issues range from "Single Payer/Medicare for All," "A call for the end of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan," "A national renewable clean energy policy," "De-privatization of the vote,"etc. Please join me for an evening of fun, food, drinks, humor, and resolve!

Thanks for all who came. I will most likely have another reading in the fall at another location and I will make another announcement. Thanks again for all of your friendships!
    Best wishes!

location was excellent, food was delicious and beautiful, friendly folks, and most of all the poetry that Mark read was clever, funny, and reassuring that people are telling it like it is! Thanks!

It was great to hear Mark read his works and discuss what inspired them. And when he sang one of his poems it was a wonderful and fun surprise!
