SOLVE Oregon Humane Society Dog Walking Path Revival
"Come get your hands dirty at OHS! Volunteers will be bark dusting our dog walking path, removing invasive species from our property and planting native plants. Work will be physical and includes loading, hauling, lifting and digging. All work materials including wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels and gloves will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and coat (if the weather is not good). Your help with our dog path will help us provide a safe and dry dog walking area for our dogs and improve conditions for the native plants and animals that call our dog path home. Due to the nature of the work, all volunteers must be able to squat, stand, bend, lift and twist for long periods of time. Activities include: Invasive Plant Removal, Native Planting, Maintenance & Monitoring."
