Online Class
Weekly one hour lecture on specific attributes to people, figure, or animals. Every week is a different type of lecture. We work through your paintings as well as any and all subjects relating to painting portraits. I am a very good teacher because of my specific ability to teach with clear concise ideas.
I am a founding member of The Portrait Society of America, and a past member of ASOPA. I have made a living at being a portrait artist, since 1982. My education came from the master portrait painters in the USA and studying renaissance artists.
$125 per calendar month or $40 per individual class. That’s 4-5 classes per calendar month. If you can't come at the specific time, you can download the week's lecture to catch up. Videos of classes are free to those who are enrolled in the class.

This class is filled with many lectures and demonstrations on becoming a fine art portrait artist, including and not limited to: eyes, noses, mouths, ears, skin color, bone structure, hair, hands, limbs, torsos, clothing, backgrounds, how to get a real likeness, finishing touches, and marketing.
I work individually with all students on the level they are as well as working with the group on areas that I see needed for everyone. It is a great class for whoever you are at whatever level you are at. All mediums are welcome: oil, acrylic, pastel, graphite, charcoal, and watercolor.
