    All participants must bring a lawn chair as we will be sitting around the horse training ring in the Equestrian Center all day. Join the ICF METRO DC Chapter for a fun-filled Fall Day as we observe and apply the leadership skills and coaching competencies demonstrated by a professional trainer (Louis Wood) and his client (a 2000 lbs. horse!) In watching and reflecting upon Louis’ interactions with the horse, we’ll consider many core competencies needed by coaches and organization leaders at all levels.
