 This is a beginner level karate class for adults 16 and over. A traditional style of Okinawan Karate. Okinawan Kenpo practices basic technique, stretching, cardio work, contact sparring, Kata (forms) and the use of traditional weaponry (Kobudo).
 First 2 classes are Complimentary Monthly dues $150 per month
