A range of psychotherapeutic strategies have been successfully transitioned to coaching and are commonly practiced by coaches and coaching psychologists. Application of hypnosis in coaching is used when referring to the use hypnotic techniques and principles that can be successfully employed to meet coaching objectives.
As time of this meetup is limited we focus our session on several aspects of hypnosis that can be used to reduce anxiety and stress. You will learn that although hypnosis can be used as a relaxation procedure, hypnosis is not relaxation.
At this session we ask participants to keep confidential and not to use any audio-video recordings.

Martin is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist.
He graduated from the Charles University in Prague, specialization in psychology. Currently he works as an assistant professor at the Department of Psychology of PF UJEP in Ústí nad Labem and a consultant psychologist at Bulovka Hospital. He also deals with psychological counseling and hypnotherapy.
Miroslav is focusing and providing services in the area of performance coaching and mentoring of project and program managers and their teams. In coaching he is abiding by an ethical and individual approach. He is using the methods of systemic approach, solution-oriented coaching, NLP or communication hypnosis. Miroslav is an active member of the International Coaching Federation.
