This Meetup will explore and offer classes in Qi Gong. The Mother of" Tai Chi," Qi Gong is fun to do, enhancing body functions, flexibility, joint and spinal mobility, range of motion and strength and balance. Practicing Qi Gong improves one’s skill in movement, performance, and athletic. The healing exercises of QG remove energy blocks and promote the flow of the rejuvenating life force — Qi. QG movements and postures can be meditative, cultivating the experience of being centered, grounded energized and relaxed. Instructor Karl Schmidt, a Certified “Holden Qi Gong Teacher,” has trained in many healing modalities and taught Yoga, Balance, Golf, Tennis and Singing.
