6:30pm - 7:00pm: Arrival
7:00pm - 7:20pm: What makes a great Product Manager? - Amanda Richardson (http://www.linkedin.com/in/amandahartrichardson) (Head of Product @ Prezi (http://www.prezi.com))
The work of product managers is always stretching. You need to discover products that customers will love. Amanda will talk about what makes a great Product Manager, the key qualities every PM must have and the best experiences if you want to become a Product Manager.
7:20pm - 7:40pm: How building products for others can make yours stronger? - Balint Orosz (http://hu.linkedin.com/pub/balint-orosz/11/148/579) (Co-Founder & CEO @ Distinction (http://distinction.hu/))
For startups, it is very common and advised, that while they are running their business try to focus as much as possible on their own products. While most of the times this seems to be the best way to go, but are there situations where a different mentality can help startups more? If so when are these situations, and how can they help?
In Distinction for the last 2 years Balint and his team has been working also as a consultancy with great companies aside from our own products. Was it worth it? What have we learnt? These are the questions he'll try to answer during the presentation.
7:40pm - 8:00pm: Product development through failure - Andrei Boghiu (http://hu.linkedin.com/in/nkprods) (Product Manager @ Prezi (http://www.prezi.com))
The only right process of agile product development is through failure. Failure is one of the best teachers and a necessary step towards success, and we should not be afraid of it but embrace it and make the most out of it.
You only truly fail when you fail for the same reason over and over again.
8pm - : Open Networking
