Join us and become part of the larger product community in Madison!
Join us to hear from Bob Samuels who will present on the Kano Model and how it can be used to build with purpose. It’s easy to get caught in a feature “arms race”, building more and more functionality just to keep up with competition and fulfilling “hot” requests without much rhyme or reason behind it all.
We all want to be more strategic in our approach to product management but most of us struggle to figure out how; specifically what should we build and how much effort to dedicate to those things. One framework that bridges these gaps is the Kano model. This model allows product managers to define what to build and how many resources to invest by quantifying user needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels. Join Bob for a primer on the Kano model as well as some practical ways to get started using it today.
