Just like all communication, the balancing act of working with multiple groups in B2B settings can often cause strain, and Stuart will present ways to improve relationships and with that, increase efficiency and find success.

Of course, some ideas are more valuable than others and the product manager’s job extends past identifying and prioritizing the good, the bad, the ugly, to include uncovering valuable features form a diverse audience. Stuart Cotter is a mediocre sand volleyball player and Director of Product Success at Forte Research Systems, a clinical research technology and services company based in Madison. He’s been a product manager for 3 years, overseeing the development of existing SaaS applications and launching services into new and existing markets. Stuart also has experience as a business analyst and product support specialist at Forte. Prior to joining Forte, Stuart Cotter worked as a lab manager in Milwaukee designing research studies targeting computerized therapies for anxiety.
