Join us to hear from Stuart Cotter from Forte Research who will present on Horseshoes, Hand Grenades, and Mock-Ups: With good collaboration, you just have to be close. He will present on collaboration techniques for internal and external stakeholders. Just like all communication, the balancing act of working with multiple groups in B2B settings can often cause strain, and Stuart will present ways to improve relationships and with that, increase efficiency and find success.

Subject matter experts, sponsors, senior leadership, engineers, business analysts, and quality assurance alike all have ideas. Of course, some ideas are more valuable than others and the product manager’s job extends past identifying and prioritizing the good, the bad, the ugly, to include uncovering valuable features form a diverse audience. This presentation will focus on the collaboration lessons learned from launching an enterprise software application in seven months.
