1. We decide on our individual goals for the day.

2. The day is broken down into work cycles of 45 to 90 minutes.
In between, we take active breaks to stretch/ workout/ meditate
in order to keep our brain at its best.
During the day we also check in on progress made by everyone.

3. We celebrate after we’re done!
