Workshop: Secrets to OKR Adoption for Your Product Team by Ally.io

*** RSVP on LinkedIn: https://bit.ly/3EomX7Y ***

Every industry—and every business—is affected by disruption. In the form of new customer behaviors, new competitors and new market dynamics, disruption either presents a business, and its product leaders, with new opportunities to innovate and differentiate, or it can turn their world upside down. The problem is, most businesses are falling into the second category. Overwhelmed by new competitors nipping at their heels and new demands from their customer base, product leaders are struggling to respond effectively.

Business decisions must be made faster. Product development cycles must accelerate. Product innovation must be embedded into the company’s DNA.

Join us for an interactive workshop with Spencer Paisley, Strategic Services Manager at Ally.io, a Microsoft Company, to learn how to master OKR adoption successfully to help your product team achieve new heights.

Highlights to include:
- OKR mastery 101 for product leaders
- Change management and software adoption principles
- Dedicated product demo to show how an OKR platform can help your product teams become more aligned and focused
