While some product management skills can be easily acquired and improved, others might take years to polish. Prioritization and decision-making are two skills that usually take longer to develop. Forming a cornerstone of product management discipline, understanding what to build next and what not to, being able to justify your choices, and making good decisions set apart a good product manager from a great one. By using frameworks and mental models that help inform our decision-making, as product managers, we can build more meaningful products that solve our user's needs and enrich their lives.
- What are the decision-making frameworks and why use them.
- When to use frameworks and how.
- How to justify your decisions to the teams and leadership.
