What makes you a good product manager?

I'm a multidisciplinary person by nature, which fits well with Product Management. When I was in college, I studied behavioral sciences, computer science, statistics, and many other disciplines, which gave me the grounding to synthesize various types of unstructured and structured data into coherent narratives and hypotheses.

What do you love about being a product manager?

The autonomy, ownership and leadership opportunities are unique and special. I love reflecting on how far my engineering team and I have come, as the first agile team in our $2.2b company.

What do you hate about being a product manager?

It's a bit of a lonely job. I'm not an actual engineer, nor am I a designer, or marketing person. I sort of sit at the crossroads of everything but am not in one specific camp.
